Job Title: Sales Director
About the Role
The Sales Director is a critical leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and team development across the Brewing & Distilling Solutions Group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive growth across new markets, product lines, and geographies.
2. Leverage CRM tools, analytics, and KPIs to guide decisions and boost team performance.
3. Hire, mentor, and manage a top-tier sales team with a focus on individualized development and coaching.
4. Instill a culture of accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, leadership—to align go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B technical or industrial equipment sectors.
* Industry experience in sanitary equipment, packaging, brewing/distilling, or beverage dispensing is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and scale operations.
* Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales management.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
* Agile, strategic thinker with a passion for execution and innovation.
* Exceptional communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
