Within a Swiss company in full digital growth, a leader in the e-commerce sales field, we are looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager. Your mission: to grow our large customer database and transform it into a loyal and engaged community. This is not a consulting position: we are looking for a doer passionate about data and content, capable of taking command of our tools to generate growth. Inbound & Growth Marketing Manager (M/F)Your Missions (The doer):- CRM: You set up and manage Hubspot daily for customer life cycles (onboarding, re-engagement, etc.). - You segment our audiences by areas of interest to offer ultra-personalized offers. - You analyze performance (open rates, conversion, LTV). - Churn: You identify friction points in the customer journey and implement retention tactics. - Copywriting: You write the content for our campaigns (emails, newsletters, landing pages) with a tone adapted to each universe. - Multilingual deployment: You ensure the consistency and deployment of campaigns in the French-speaking market. Profile:- Experience: 3 to 5 years in digital/growth marketing, ideally in an agency or at an e-commerce company. - Skills: Advanced mastery of Hubspot (a plus). Good understanding of CRM mechanics and analytical tools. - Skills: Analytical mindset, total autonomy in execution, and a strong sensitivity for storytelling and writing.- Languages: Perfect command of French and very good knowledge of English.
