About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing and dynamic company with HQ in Zürich. We are looking for an experienced project management lead who is able to drive a major data migration project. Start ASAP for at least 6 months.
Job Description
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a major data migration and transformation program, ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
Align cross‑functional teams, including data engineering, architecture, product, and business functions.
Translate technical topics into actionable plans and clear communication for senior stakeholders.
Establish and manage program governance, including risk management, decision tracking, dependencies, and reporting.
Drive delivery momentum, proactively addressing bottlenecks to protect timelines.
Ensure long‑term quality and scalability of all transformation outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
Proven Experience
8-12+ years leading large‑scale data migrations, platform rebuilds, or enterprise digital transformation efforts.
Track record delivering complex, high‑stakes programs in dynamic, high‑growth environments.
Technical Literacy
Solid understanding of data architecture components (pipelines, warehousing, governance, integration patterns).
Ability to challenge technical teams constructively and articulate implications to non‑technical leadership.
Leadership & Execution
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at executive level.
Strong structured thinking, clarity creation, and decision‑driving capabilities.
High sense of urgency, ownership, and delivery discipline.
