* Defining the vision, objectives, strategy and roadmap for the indication
* Conducting a global market analysis (needs, trends, competition, clinical insights), including customer feedback and sales data
* Continuously developing, evaluating and managing the global product portfolio, and determining for each product (each series) whether it can be ‘globalised’ or not (including MCS standards).
* Conducting regular portfolio reviews with cross-functional stakeholders: discontinue/continue/reposition
* Defining and prioritising user needs, clinical outcomes and functional requirements to determine future product launches
* Developing key global messages and value propositions tailored to patients, healthcare professionals and the point of sale
* Leading the development of global brand toolkits and campaign content
* Setting and monitoring global and local product/indication performance based on defined KPIs such as revenue, gross margin, innovation revenue and number of new product launches
* Leading, coaching and developing direct reports by setting and monitoring their performance and development goals
* A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences or a related field would be an advantage
* Extensive experience in marketing, product management or business leadership within the medical devices or life sciences sector, ideally with experience in vascular or oedema-related therapies
* Proven track record in defining and implementing global product strategies, including portfolio management, product launches and lifecycle optimisation across various regions
* Experience in leading international teams
* The ability to collaborate effectively with others, interact with diverse individuals across different markets and build strong relationships
* Strong analytical skills, a networked mindset and strategic approach
* Fluent in English; German and/or French highly valued
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30–40%)
