YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Coordinate and implement regulatory and governance requirements within the IT department, focusing on IT Service Continuity Management
2. Manage the progress and maturity of standards, test processes, risks and controls related to IT service continuity management and operational resilience
3. Steer and manage the improvement of ITSCM concepts, response plans and the overall planning/execution of recovery tests
4. Drive IT service and regulatory reporting, orchestrate functional alignment meetings internationally
5. Drive the advisory, consultation and alignment with diverse stakeholders internationally, such as Service Owners, Project Managers, Line Managers, IT Architecture, and Business Continuity Management
YOUR PROFILE
6. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a global company, preferably in the financial industry
7. Strong experience in IT Service Continuity Management, IT Governance, IT Disaster and Backup Recovery
8. Very familiar with the common ITIL, BCM and ITSCM frameworks
9. Good understanding of the banking IT application landscape and IT infrastructure
10. Sound knowledge of tools like Jira, Tableau, and MS Office
11. Systematic, disciplined, and accurate team player
12. Strong communication skills in English; German is advantageous
