Every strategic decision at SCOTT ultimately shows up in the real world, on the roads people ride, the trails they explore, and the podiums they chase.

As we accelerate our global ambitions, we are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to help shape and execute our Corporate Strategic Plan, ensuring our long-term vision translates into concrete decisions and measurable results.

As part of the Strategy & Transformation Office in our Swiss-based headquarters, you will be exposed to some of the company’s most critical topics and help SCOTT continue to evolve and perform in a demanding global market. You partner closely with our Executive Committee members, and all our functional and market leaders, to turn our long-term ambition into concrete decisions and measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

* Strategy Design & Alignment: Work with the entire C-Suite to continuously evolve the Corporate Strategic Plan in line with our growth ambitions. Help break down complex, often loosely defined questions into clear strategic directions, priorities, and value-creation themes across categories, and regions.
* Strategy Execution: Translate strategy into high-impact initiatives with clear goals, ownership, milestones, and resources. Stay closely involved as these initiatives progress, supporting teams to ensure delivery and follow-through.
* Performance Tracking: Support our Executive Committee in accelerating our transition toward a data-driven, customer-centric organization. Define the right KPIs and tracking mechanism that ensure progress and risks are made visible. Go beyond reporting by turning data into clear insights and recommendations for the CSTO and the Executive Committee, connecting strategic initiatives to growth, margin, and cash outcomes.
* Strategy Syndication & Governance: Support the roll-out of the corporate strategy across the organization, ensuring teams understand not just the “what” but also the “why.” Set up and run decision forums, governance structures, and execution rhythms that allow leadership to make timely, informed choices when priorities compete.
* Complex project management: Own select complex projects end-to-end, under the supervision of the CSTO, combining analytical, financial and business perspective to drive transformative impact.
* Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders on select number of cross-functional strategic projects, supporting prioritization, trade-offs, and execution challenges. Help align business units, regions, and functions, and step in when coordination or clarity is needed to unblock progress.


What You’ll Bring

* Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
* Strategy & Problem-Solving Experience
* Experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or investment roles, ideally within top-tier advisory or other high-stakes environments
* Analytical & Financial Acumen
* Outstanding ability to structure ambiguous problems, focus on what matters most, and assess the financial implications of strategic choices under time pressure
* Executive Communication
* Comfort translating complex analyses into concise, top-down narratives for senior leadership, both in writing/presentations and in discussion
* Influence Without Authority
* A track record of working across functions and cultures, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving outcomes without relying on formal reporting lines
* Learning Mindset
* Curiosity and adaptability to move quickly across topics, businesses, and geographies, with a willingness to learn and adjust along the way
* Digital and analytical fluency
* Comfort in using analytics and digital toolkit (e.g., advanced excel modelling, Python, Data visualization, GenAI tools) to explore data, automate analyses/reports and support faster decision-making
