SMF is on a journey from paper-based workflows to fully digital workflows integrated with the SAP system ASPIRE, the local warehouse management system, the existing PLS/DCS system (Siemens PCS7), and other systems.The project is currently entering the Detailed Design Phase with a planned business go-live in 2030.We are looking for an experienced individual to act as an MES Deployment Support Specialist to comprehensively support our Site Deployment Lead (SDL) in implementing the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in our pharmaceutical production facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless coordination, planning, and execution of the MES implementation across multiple teams and stakeholders, ultimately enabling the organization to transition into sustainable operations.The perfect candidateHolds an MBA, possesses more than 8 years of experience, and has in-depth knowledge of processes within the pharmaceutical environment. The individual brings proven expertise in guiding an organization toward sustainable operations, as well as comprehensive knowledge in project management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders are required.
