Profile Degree in Nursing (or equivalent), recognized by the Red Cross for foreign qualifications; Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in caring for elderly people; Proficiency in common tools; Desired knowledge of the RAI tool; Strong ability to adapt and manage difficult situations; Keen sense of responsibility and propensity to take initiative; Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team with solid communication and listening skills; Physical and mental resilience; Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; A complementary qualification in geriatrics or nursing would be an asset, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Montessori method according to Cameron Camp. Mission Provide tailored and quality care, taking into account the individual needs of residents and their capabilities; Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized and optimal care; Adhere to professional ethical standards; Promote communication between residents, their relatives and/or families by establishing strong relationships with them; Ensure supervision of the team, students, or interns while sharing knowledge; Actively participate in institutional projects.
