We're looking for an Art Director with the vision and skill to lead this transformation, someone who can blend social-first content, experiential activations, and cross-platform campaigns into cohesive narratives.
Responsibilities
* Lead the creative direction of integrated campaigns, from strategy to execution, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact.
* Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers, and producers to develop ideas that work across digital and real-world touchpoints.
* Design concepts and visuals for a wide range of platforms: social media, video, display, live experiences, OOH, branded content.
* Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring a high level of art direction throughout pre-production, production, and post.
* Mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of growth, ownership, and creative excellence.
* Present creative work to clients and internal teams clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
* Stay on top of visual, cultural, and social trends and be ready to ride the wave of what’s next.
Qualifications
You are a strategic thinker and hands-on creative. You don’t just aim for the perfect layout—you strive for ideas that resonate, get shared, and leave a mark.
You have:
* At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director in creative agencies, with a strong focus on digital and social campaigns.
* A portfolio that shows bold ideas, smart design thinking, and a strong visual culture.
* Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – After Effects is a plus).
* Experience in directing shoots and understanding post-production workflows; motion design knowledge is a bonus.
* Deep understanding of social media formats, trends, and visual languages — but also the ability to think beyond the screen.
* A collaborative mindset, endless curiosity, proactive energy, and a drive to raise the creative bar.
* The ability to lead with clarity and inspire with craft.
