Production sector manager 100% (m/f)

For our site in Domdidier with more than 450 employees, we are looking for a ­­­

For our largest production department, the " Assembly Automata ", we are looking for a natural leader to strengthen our management team. The department consists of 4 sectors each equipped with different technologies.

What does the job involve?

• Manage a production sector composed of a team of 30 employees and 20 production means (assembly automata)
• Support employees in achieving their objectives and developing their skills
• Ensure the functionality and availability of the sector's machines to meet production targets while respecting quality, quantity and deadlines
• Initiate and lead various sector development projects
• Propose and implement concrete measures to improve productivity

What do we expect from you?

• Federal VET diploma in a technical field complemented by further training (Federal Certificate, ES Technician or other)
• Proven experience in personnel management in an industrial environment
• French-speaking with solid knowledge of German or English (B2)
• Very good skills in mechanics, automation and pneumatics ideally complemented by knowledge of assembly processes
• Solution-oriented personality, flexible and with a good team spirit
• Natural leadership, with a good ability to unite teams and lead them to action
