Your Role
* You design and support the sustainable further development of the integrated management system and business processes at the site in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Zeiss standards
* You monitor compliance with specifications (based on laws, standards, Zeiss, and customer specifications) through the use of key figures and internal audits
* You are responsible for quality management in an advisory role for technologically complex product developments and production processes
* You coordinate quality planning and ensure that quality processes and methods are adhered to in product development
* You conduct comprehensive projects for quality assurance and optimization
* You regularly coordinate with stakeholders, project organizations, and other interested parties, evaluating and presenting the progress of the project throughout the entire product development process
Your Profile
* A very good master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Mechatronics, or Physics
* Several years of professional experience in quality management related to R&D/Engineering, e.g., as a quality manager, including experience in preparing and accompanying internal surveillance audits and external certification audits
* Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and expert knowledge in the application of quality methods (Six Sigma, LEAN, 8D, FMEA)
* Training as an (internal) auditor or the willingness to undergo such training
* Desired knowledge in SAP (especially in the Q module), PowerBI, and Salesforce
* C1 level in German and English, both in oral and written communication
