Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer (M/F) responsible for managing pre-sales and post-sales processes, working closely with customers to meet their needs, and contributing to product design improvements by voicing marketplace insights.
Skills Required
* BSc or MSc in electronics or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, including on-site customer support
* Experience with customer/application engineering focused on budget management
* Hands-on experience with electronic systems
* Proficiency in English and German; additional languages like Italian, French, or Spanish are a plus
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and commercial awareness
* Ability to simplify technical data for non-technical stakeholders
* Detail-oriented, methodical, patient, and calm
* Passionate, goal-oriented, respectful, innovative, collaborative, and customer-centric
Key Responsibilities
* Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, including defining customer needs, budgets, and solutions
* Adapt products to specific customer needs as required
* Collaborate closely with sales and product development teams
* Install, maintain, and support electronic systems and data-driven solutions
* Demonstrate products and conduct customer training sessions
* Serve as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues
* Travel approximately 35% within Europe
