The opportunity
As tax technology solutions, especially SaaS, rapidly evolve, EY Tax and Law have established a new “Centre of Excellence” (CoE) to support these solutions throughout their lifecycle.
The objectives of the SaaS CoE are:
Operational management of Tax and Law SaaS solutions
Sales enablement and support to drive market success
Joining the SaaS CoE offers an exciting chance to contribute to this new business unit, ensuring smooth operation of the supported technology solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Assist sales teams in driving revenue for products like VAT Compliance and e-invoicing.
Become a subject matter expert in these products, gaining deep knowledge of the product, customer domain, and industry.
Help sales teams understand customer environments and provide actionable recommendations for product attachment, cross-selling, and comprehensive solutions.
Support deals post-discovery with demos, negotiations, RFPs, and technical support.
Present the value of GTES and GVRT to various customer levels.
Maintain CRM activities for visibility of customer engagements.
Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and deliver results.
Represent the ‘Voice of the Customer’ to surface insights that drive innovation.
Work with product teams to incorporate market requirements and customer feedback into roadmaps.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Proven track record of meeting performance goals, including quotas and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring others.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Over 5 years of experience as a B2B Sales Professional or Pre-Sales specialist, preferably in SaaS.
