You will define security and architecture targets and standards, design robust systems, and guide technology decisions that keep the organization resilient against evolving threats. /p pWe are looking for an experienced and motivated leadership personality to strengthen our team based in Bioggio (near Lugano) – to start immediately or as agreed. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and maintain enterprise IT security architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelines /li liEnsure compliance with regulatory, and industry best practice standards (PCI-DSS, NIST CSF) /li liDesign and review IT systems, applications, and infrastructure by translating business requirements into secure technical solutions, applying principles such as Zero Trust, Defense in Depth and Integrated with Automated Detect Response /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science or information security /li liMaster’s degree in cybersecurity, IT architecture, or equivalent specialization /li li5 years of proven experience as an IT Security Architect or in a similar senior security or Architecture role /li liLeadership personality and capability at structured analysis and abstraction /li liExperience with risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews /li liStrong communication capabilities and teamwork skills /li liSecurity certifications such as (CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent) are a plus /li liStrong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF. Experience with PCI-DSS would be a plus /li liEnglish is mandatory, with Italian being a strong advantage.
