This role is your playground if you want to lead AI adoption inside the MarCom organisation, connect marketing with creative teams, and build new ways of working.
Your responsibilities Act as the MarCom AI enthusiast: introduce, test, and scale AI tools and workflows to improve strategy development, creative quality, efficiency and insights
Serve as the bridge between Marketing, Creation and external partners on AI-enabled processes
Advise internal teams on multimedia and AI-driven content approaches
Develop and execute 360° communication campaigns together with the team, agency partners and internal stakeholders
Coordinate and manage campaign rollouts across ATL, BTL and POS touchpoints
Create and deliver multimedia projects across traditional and digital platforms
Help define narratives, content strategies and messaging frameworks
Lead end-to-end video production (concept, shooting, editing, post‑production)
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager / Content Creator to align and optimise communication efforts
Support editorial planning and ensure seamless integration across all channels
Maintain strong connections with social media and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand and messaging
Build and nurture relationships with creative and production agencies to maximise campaign impact

What We're Looking For University degree in communication/marketing or equivalent, plus several years of hands‑on campaign experience (agency or client side)
Proven experience in implementing ATL and BTL campaigns
Proactive, solution‑oriented and creative mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit and positive attitude
Fluent in German; good command of English (French a plus)
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and common multimedia tools (advantageous)
Solid understanding of AI tools and processes (e.g. generative AI, automation, content augmentation, research workflows)
Willingness and ability to expand AI expertise and drive AI adoption within the team
