Your mission
You will be responsible for the fiduciary and accounting management of a client portfolio, with great autonomy and an active role in developing their services.
Main tasks
Accounting management
Downloading bank statements
Cash management, sale of Euros, CAT investment
Downloading and allocation of invoices
Verification and second approval of payments
Monitoring confidential creditor invoices
Monitoring disputed debtor invoices
Allocation and entry of general accounting
Preparation and accounting of payments related to general accounting
Preparation and accounting of VAT returns
Preparation of the closing in collaboration with the Finance Manager
Maintaining the accounting of the company’s subsidiaries
Monitoring credit insurance
Preparation of various monitoring tables for Management
Preparation of various statistics
Various administrative tasks related to the service
Your profile
Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, HEG diploma or fiduciary agent (or in the process of obtaining)
Proficiency in MS Office
Organisation, rigour, respect for deadlines and adaptability
