About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to join a warm, welcoming family. You will be the primary caregiver for three children, supporting their daily routines and contributing to a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide attentive care for three children, including an infant and two preschoolers
* Manage morning and evening routines
* Handle school drop-off/pick-up for the 3- and 5-year-olds (full-day school)
* Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities to support development
* Maintain child-related spaces and assist with light household tasks related to childcare
* Ensure safety and well-being at all times
* Occasionally assist with evenings or extra hours if required
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
* Fluent in Italian, with a polite and respectful communication style
* EU passport or valid Swiss work permit
* Experienced with infants (0 years) and young children (3–5 years)
* Open-minded, non-judgmental, and positive approach to childcare
* Reliable, punctual, organized, proactive, discreet, and safety-focused
* Checkable references
* Pediatric first aid / CPR training is a plus
* Flexible and willing to occasionally help with evenings or extra hours
