Sales and Origination Professional
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Origination Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in LNG-related business development or origination, with a proven track record of identifying and creating new business opportunities within the LNG sector.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mid to long-term supply and demand dynamics in the gas and LNG sector, and be able to analyze and capitalize on emerging opportunities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create new business opportunities, develop and manage relationships with counterparties for mid to long-term sales and purchases in line with our desk strategy.
* Screen potential counterparties for mid to long-term sales and purchases, ensuring long-lasting counterparty relationships.
* Assess and manage risks associated with business opportunities.
* Progress counterparties in a timely manner internally and externally with documentation exchange (NDA/CA, KYC, etc.).
* Support deal booking process of contracts in the system once contracts are executed.
Requirements:
* Several years of relevant experience in LNG-related business development or origination.
* Proven track record in identifying and creating new business opportunities within the LNG sector.
* Strong understanding of mid to long-term supply and demand dynamics in the gas and LNG sector.
* Demonstrated ability to assess and manage risks.
* Established professional network in the Turkish, Middle East and African region.
* Strong interpersonal skills and business fluency in English and additional language relevant to the region covered.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
