Role:
* We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to support our team in the field of art insurance.
* If you enjoy working with international clients, museums, and insurance companies, and you excel in a structured and service-oriented approach to work, we look forward to receiving your application.
* This position combines administrative and organisational tasks with customer service to ensure both efficient internal processes and a positive customer experience.
* The focus is on managing art insurance and international exhibition projects, as well as direct interaction with clients and insurers.

* Supporting a team of 4/5 Fine Art Brokers
* Preparing insurance documents (certificates, invoices, credit notes, etc.)
* Managing cost estimates using specialised software for art insurance.
* Creating and managing recurring invoices and credit notes, particularly for annual contract renewals.
* Handling dunning processes, including monitoring incoming payments and resolving outstanding items.
* Servicing existing clients by proactively identifying and meeting their needs, as well as maintaining long-term client relationships including client inquiries
* Following up on and resolving client issues, including research, documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners.
* Corresponding with international museums, clients, and insurance companies on administrative matters, monthly billing, and project-related concerns.
