Studio/Sales/Community Manager & Coach – tone. in Zürich (80-100%)
We are looking for a Studio Manager (Assistant) & Coach who helps our tone. studios to further grow in Switzerland.
We are one of the fastest growing boutique fitness chains in Europe tone. (currently six studios and counting). We offer unique high-intensity low impact workouts on tone. reformers, where the light is down and the music is up (immersive experience).

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities are coaching high-quality workouts on a flexible schedule, running the day-to-day operations of our studio, managing the client journey including sales as well as hiring, training and managing/motivating the team
Represent our brand tone. externally and internally and constantly trying to grow our studio and brand
Be a great leader and role model for our clients, our team, our community and studio
Create an awesome client experience and assure it daily
Take ownership of the success of the studio (client and team happiness, revenue growth, occupancy, profitability, etc.)
Take ownership of the client journey (leads, new clients and existing members) including sales (crm, excel, direct communication)
Support and execution of marketing campaigns to grow our community in the studio and online
Be responsible for the monthly schedule for the desk and trainer team
Serving as a studio coach. Keeping a flexible schedule (morning, lunch, evening or weekend) of a minimum of 6 classes per week depending on business needs
Building relationships with clients as well as the local health, fitness and wellness community
Ensuring adequate coverage and looking ahead to optimize and maximize the schedule
Support in scouting & recruiting new coaches (about one potential candidate/month)
Manage and lead the trainer team (incl. hiring and training), coach them and hold them accountable together with Head Coaches
Train and develop new and existing coaches together with the Head Coach
Hold catch-up/feedback meetings and training for the team
Make sure the studio is clean and well run
Ensuring positive and prompt client communications
Be responsible for a good team culture (support by organizing one team event per quarter/half year)
Take part in regular meetings with Head Coaches as well as our CEOs
Assist with new studio openings or other management tasks/projects
Characteristics & track record
Enthusiasm for tone. reformer workouts as well as our tone. brand
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in leading fitness brands (or similar role in hospitality, sales, etc.), preferably in a leadership role as well as internationally
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management is a plus, or equivalent experience such as Swiss apprenticeship
Maintain a working presence in studios during non-traditional hours, including relatively early mornings (ca. 6am onwards), relatively late evenings (ca. until 9pm), weekends (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day) and holidays, covering studio as needed to showcase our high standard and mentor employees as well as other managers (work week 42 hours)
Ability to train, lead, motivate, and delegate to a team of employees
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and in a time-sensitive environment
Financial acumen, reporting, excel as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
Friendly, outgoing personality and can-do, optimistic attitude with good communication skills, excellent at sales
Full of positive energy and enthusiasm
Preferably English & German speaking
Reliable and professional
Ability to lift 20kg
What you get
Above average starting fix salary (annually 55-65k) plus commission (should be significant additional part of salary – sales role) and bonus dependent on KPI’s, sales & success of studios, 5 weeks holidays per year
4 weeks intensive Instructor Training Program (ITP), where you learn everything, you need to know to be a great coach at tone. plus additional 4 weeks tone. Boutique Fitness MBA program (unpaid, you get a Certification 60h as tone. Reformer Coach, our training are Qualicert certified) followed by starting as Studio Manager Assistant & Coach in Training (paid), where by the next two months further training on the job take place
