We are looking for a smart, creative, hands‑on Marketing & Content Intern to support Batmaid’s marketing activities. You will work closely with the marketing team on social media content, partnerships communication, and offline materials. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for content, understands what performs well on social media, and is comfortable switching between creative tasks and coordination work.
Your Mission
Coordinate, manage, and deliver content projects that drive brand performance, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and timelines.
Your Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
* Support the planning, creation, and publishing of content for Batmaid’s social media channels.
* Film and edit simple, engaging, and trend‑aware content, especially short‑form videos and Reels.
* Bring creative ideas for humorous, relatable, and brand‑relevant content.
* Help repurpose content across different channels and formats.
Partnership & Communication Support
* Assist with email correspondence for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach.
* Help coordinate follow‑ups with external partners and ensure communication is professional and on brand.
* Support the preparation of briefs and marketing materials for collaborations.
Offline & Brand Material Production
* Help create and produce offline marketing materials such as flyers, posters, leaflets, and event materials.
* Coordinate with internal teams or external suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and with the right quality.
* Ensure all assets follow Batmaid’s brand guidelines.
Content & Asset Organization
* Organize marketing assets and help keep content libraries up to date.
* Support the adaptation of copy, captions, and formats for different campaigns and audiences.
* Assist with basic quality checks before publication or production.
* Native‑level French and fluent English are essential; German is a strong asset.
* Creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
* Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brand marketing.
* A sharp visual eye for filming and producing attractive, engaging content. In‑depth understanding of what makes a successful Reel or short‑form video.
* Comfortable writing professional emails and handling external communication.
* Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage several projects at once.
* Familiar with Canva; experience with Figma, Adobe tools, or video editing apps is a plus.
Bonus
* Experience creating Instagram/ TikTok Reels, or other short‑form content.
* Interest in both digital, offline marketing and PR.
