This role ensures that ERP solutions meet operational needs while improving efficiency across departments. ERP Business Analyst - Dynamics F&O Our client is an established industrial manufacturer serving demanding sectors with high?quality engineered products. Known for reliability and innovation, they operate in a technically advanced and international environment. Description * Configure and customise ERP and business applications based on organisational requirements. * Ensure adherence to internal IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks. * Lead medium?complexity application projects (under six months). * Provide second?level support and troubleshoot ERP?related issues. * Analyse business processes and translate them into functional application requirements. * Maintain and prioritise the application change request backlog. * Coordinate with external partners involved in ERP and application management. * Manage development, testing, and deployment of application updates. * Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for managed applications. * Train and support key ERP users as needed. * Contribute to IT risk management and best?practice processes. * Participate in on?call rotation and occasional off?hours maintenance activities. Profile * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. * 3-6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. * Fluency in English and French (spoken and written). * Strong understanding of ITIL?based Service Management processes. * Knowledge of product management and application lifecycle methodologies. * Familiarity with security, application development, business analysis, and process modelling. * Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud environments. * ERP? or application?related certifications are an asset. * Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to simplify complex requirements. * Customer?focused, solution?driven mindset. * Ability to collaborate effectively across local and international teams. * Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
