As a Kids Club Activity Supervisor, you will support an experienced international childcare team to ensure the safety and enjoyment of family guests in our beautiful resort settings.
You will work alongside a talented team from various countries to deliver a varied activity programme for children aged 4-12. This role requires passion, flexibility, and commitment to making family holidays unforgettable.
Responsibilities
* To oversee the daily running of the kids club within the hotel.
* To respond promptly to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
* To meet regularly with the Childcare Manager and Crèche Supervisor to deploy staff as needed.
* To lead daily team meetings and maintain open communication.
* To liaise directly with parents prior to their arrival and during their stay to ensure a smooth transition to the club.
* To be the primary contact for Worldwide Kids within the resort.
* To ensure all health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments are in place and updated as necessary.
* To plan and develop engaging activities for children aged 4-12.
* To be proactive and imaginative in delivering exceptional services.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years experience working with children aged 4-12.
* Endless enthusiasm and a professional attitude towards providing excellent service.
* Caring and passionate about working with children.
* Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
* A good communicator who is adaptable, resourceful, patient, and diplomatic.
* A sports/arts background or similar experience.
* A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
* Supervisor/management experience highly desirable.
* Childcare/teaching qualification preferred.
* Additional languages an advantage.
