This individual will be responsible for ensuring implementation and flawless execution of Supply Chain initiatives and projects within the Strategy, Innovation, & Deployment (SI&D) organization. This individual will be responsible for driving projects in environmental regulation and compliance.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate all project activities across the supply chain (SC) to ensure the seamless execution of project deliverables.
• Acts as the SME on the environmental regulations within scope of responsibility
• Ensure effective Project Management of all key strategic projects – with appropriate process controls, metrics, and stakeholder updates. Partner closely with Finance to ensure Financial planning and tracking is in place for all projects.
• Manage initiatives effectively, timely, and on budget while minimizing any impact to base business, customer service and employee engagement.
• Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes.
• Create and deliver presentations to PMO/Management on project goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans.
• Develop and revise project plans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
• Keep manager and key project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project.
• Lead team to deliver business case objectives as applicable.
• Challenge the team to be a high performing team that identifies solutions to exceed elements of the business case benefits.
Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred; Advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA a plus
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience required
• Project management experience required, Project Management Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of end-to-end product supply and distribution and Product Lifecycle Management (PM)
• Ability to managing complexity and ambiguity
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem -solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, balance and prioritize risk.
• Ability Influence/collaborate stakeholders cross functional to support business goals
• Product cost management and budget management required
• Up to 15% of travel both domestically and internationally is required
