Requirements: Experience & Background10+ years of overall HR experience Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner At least 3 years of experience in Service Management and/or Vendor Management Experience in a fast-growing, multinational organization Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Economics, Psychology Project Management certification required Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business objectives Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills Proven project management capability, able to manage multiple parallel initiatives Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel, reporting, and presentation abilities High level of communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment Global mindset, customer-focused approach, and a proactive, hands-on attitude Languages English: Business fluent Due to regulatory requirements, this position is open to Swiss and EU citizens or candidates holding a valid Swiss work permit.
