Responsibilities
* Active sales of the Milwaukee brand, communicating product value focused on Wood Construction with trade partners.
* Develop and execute activities to attract key customers in Wood Construction.
* Increase awareness of the Milwaukee brand.
* Conduct product training and demonstrations centered on Wood Construction.
* Organize and participate in symposia related to Wood Construction.
* Collaborate with product management on research and market analysis.
* Identify and acquire strategic new customers in Wood Construction in coordination with sales management.
* Plan and implement sales activities.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company events.
* Set and monitor CRM call targets and plan follow‑up actions.
* Maintain daily CRM updates.
* Continuously build product, trade, and application knowledge.
* Report on market and competitive activities.
* Perform additional tasks as needed in agreement with the supervisor.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience with a strong focus on end‑user or commercial sales.
* Preferable experience in Wood Construction, especially in tools and services.
* High willingness to learn new products and technical knowledge.
* Determination and motivation to build a career with a forward‑looking company.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Excellent teamwork ability.
* Good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems.
* Excellent planning and time‑management skills.
* Friendly personality, able to work in a fast‑moving, growing team.
* High self‑motivation and ability to spot and implement new business opportunities.
* Willingness for home‑office work and occasional weekend duty upon prior arrangement.
* Valid Class B driving licence (or Class 3).
