Responsibilities
Support the RFQ phase by proposing innovative technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and translating them into clear internal system requirements
Take technical ownership of system development and manufacturing, making key technical decisions in close collaboration with the engineering team
Lead system validation, customer acceptance (FAT/SAT), and commissioning activities, ensuring system performance and successful handover to the customer
Interface with suppliers and customers throughout the system lifecycle, managing technical issues, non-conformities, corrective actions, and providing after‑sales support and customer training
Prepare and maintain technical documentation as a core element of project execution, traceability, and system handover
Support Project Managers or take on the Project Manager role, extending responsibility beyond execution to coordination, timelines, and cost control
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering with Automation focus, or a comparable technical field
5+ years of experience in the execution of industrial automation projects, with exposure to technical leadership or coordination roles
Proven hands‑on experience in complex automation projects involving the integration of robots, handling systems, third‑party modules, and interfaces with existing production environment
Practical experience with machine vision systems is required; deeper expertise is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an asset
Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30–40%)
