In this role, you will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor on the ServiceNow platform. You bring deep platform expertise and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing enterprise customers, driving satisfaction, adoption, and advising on platform maturity, scalability, and stability. /li liConduct regular business reviews, roadmap workshops, and health checks to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk. /li liAdvise customers on ServiceNow best practices, new module capabilities, and upcoming releases relevant to their business goals. /li liTranslate customer requirements into actionable functional specifications, working closely with solution architects and developers. /li liLead discovery and process design workshops; document future‑state processes and map them to ServiceNow capabilities. /li liSupport the delivery team with enhancements, configuration changes, and new module roll‑outs within existing customer environments. /li liProvide support for handling escalations and coordinate cross‑functional resolution together with technical teams. /li liCollaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the existing account base and identify needs from customers regarding ServiceNow capabilities, organizational and process changes. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMinimum 4–6 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a consulting, advisory, or customer success capacity required. /li liProven expertise across core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and/or SPM. /li liITIL Certification (Foundation level or higher) with ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or higher) as a strong plus. /li liExperience managing customer accounts or stakeholder relationships at enterprise level. /li liAbility to run workshops and facilitate discussions with both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills; structured, detail‑oriented way of working. /li liExcellent communication and consulting skills – capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders. /li liSelf‑driven, customer‑focused, and able to work independently as well as in a team. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWith us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
