Electronics Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to join our R&D department. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our high-quality hearing device accessories.
Job Description:
* Plan and document reliability initiatives, including Reliability Plans and FMEA
* Serve as a reliability subject matter expert, providing guidance to cross-functional teams
* Design and conduct lifetime testing for products and components
* Perform root cause analysis and propose design improvements based on findings
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead planning and documentation of reliability initiatives, including Reliability Plans and FMEA
2. Serve as a reliability subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams
3. Design and conduct lifetime testing for products and components
4. Analyze and improve product designs based on testing results
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Electronics Engineering
* Hands-on experience in electronics development, preferably in hearing technology or miniaturized devices
* Proficient in LabVIEW / TestStand or Python programming languages
* Proficient in Altium Designer software
* Skilled in FMEA (preferably as a moderator) and understanding of regulatory standards
* Confident working with prototypes and PCBs, focusing on small-scale components
* Fluent in English language
