Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services, and professional search in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:
Industry | Legal Counsel | Remote | 9 months | 60–100% | July 1 | CHF 70-120'000
Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., distribution, production, supply, manufacturing, sales, and purchase).
Handle cross-border contracts involving multiple countries and regions, including EMEA, the Middle East, and Africa.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from different business units, particularly in the vegetable seeds sector.
Ensure alignment of contractual terms with company policies and risk frameworks.
Support the creation and continuous improvement of contract templates and processes.
Experience:
Resident in Switzerland or Germany (Liechtenstein also possible).
Law degree (Swiss/EU); bar qualification is a plus.
Fluent in English; any other languages are a plus.
Minimum 3+ years’ PQE with a focus on commercial contract law in an international in-house legal department or top-tier corporate law firm.
Demonstrated experience managing commercial contracts across various jurisdictions.
