As a seasoned engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of innovative hearing care solutions. Your expertise in electronics and reliability engineering will be instrumental in ensuring the performance and reliability of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with hands-on experience in electronics development, preferably in hearing technology or miniaturized devices. Proficiency in programming languages such as LabVIEW, Python, and proficiency in Altium Designer is also essential.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, reliable hearing device accessories that positively impact lives. Your skills in FMEA and understanding of regulatory standards will be valuable assets to the team.
In this role, you will lead the planning and documentation of reliability initiatives, including Reliability Plans and FMEA. You will also serve as a reliability subject matter expert, providing guidance to cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Master's degree in Electronics Engineering
* Hands-on experience in electronics development, preferably in hearing technology or miniaturized devices
* Proficient in LabVIEW / TestStand or Python
* Proficient in Altium Designer
* Skilled in FMEA (preferably as a moderator) and understanding of regulatory standards
