Qualifications
* You have completed vocational training in hospitality and/or gastronomy and have several years of experience in a comparable leadership role
* You know how to inspire and motivate your team, supporting their development through effective training and by encouraging individual achievements
* You demonstrate a high level of quality and service awareness with a clear focus on the guest experience
* You possess strong organizational skills and work in a structured, independent manner
* You have solid business acumen and experience working with key figures (budgeting, cost of goods, payroll costs)
* You enjoy balancing administrative responsibilities with direct guest interaction
* You are flexible, adaptable, and bring innovative ideas to the table
