Customer Service Specialist
Helvetia Repair Claims Center in Lausanne is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused professional to join a team dedicated to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities
* Receive vehicle and private civil liability claims by phone and process claims.
* Autonomously manage physical damage claims.
* Assess liability and coverage issues.
* Deliver high‑quality customer service.
Qualifications
* Commercial employee training in the insurance sector.
* Preferred experience in vehicle claims management or claims in another insurance line.
* Strong client contact skills (telephone) and written communication.
* Business‑oriented problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent French; German a plus.
