We are currently partnering with a growing FinTech in Switzerland who are looking to recruit a Relationship Manager/Credit Analyst role join their office in Zug. This candidate will be responsible the primary point of contact for key Banking clients in executing new transactions, and leading compliance and credit reviews new and existing portfolios (assessing financial performance, leverage, key risk factors, repayment sources, cash flows, management, and risk ratings).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation who are scaling up on a global scale. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is key. The successful candidate will need excellent analytical and relationship management skills and be able to start in April.
Experience Required
* A degree in a suitable field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Statistics
* Demonstrable experience in credit analysis in the financial services
* Proven experience in analysing balance sheets, financial statements, cash flow etc
* Knowledge of credit risk management
* Knowledge of KYC requirements and sanctions
* Excellent analytical experience and strong communication
* Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
