Junior Brand Manager, Zyliss (6-month contract)
Zyliss is a globally recognized kitchenware brand known for its clever design, functionality, and commitment to sustainability. As we continue our exciting brand transformation, we are looking for a highly motivated Junior Global Brand Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will play a key part in executing product launches, brand-building initiatives, and go-to-market strategies across global markets. Working closely with the Global Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help develop high-impact marketing assets and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive product success.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on marketer with 1-3 years of experience in marketing within consumer goods or a related industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Launch Support: Manage the development of global marketing toolkits, including product copy, translations, photoshoots/videos, and launch assets for the 2025 NPD pipeline.
* Marketing Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling product messaging, visuals, and multi-channel content (POS, DTC, Amazon, social media, etc.).
* Project Management: Track timelines, liaise with stakeholders, ensure the on-time delivery of marketing materials for product launches and brand campaigns.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with local marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to deploy marketing assets and promotional campaigns effectively.
* Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct competitive landscape research and customer segmentation analysis to support go-to-market strategy improvements.
* 75-Year Zyliss Jubilee Support: Assist in organizing and archiving brand assets to prepare for Zyliss’ milestone anniversary in 2026.
Knowledge & Skills required:
Required:
* 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or a related industry. Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience managing 360° marketing campaigns, including product launches, brand positioning, and multi-channel content creation.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to brief and oversee creative asset development, including photoshoots, videos, POS material, and digital content.
* Digital marketing proficiency and ecommerce marketing experience (Amazon experience is a plus). Strong expertise with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
* Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct competitive research, consumer insights analysis, and market trend evaluations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
* Adaptability and a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Fluent in English and German (additional languages, especially French or Spanish, are a plus).
* High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to guide the development of visually compelling brand materials.
* Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

This is a full-time role offered on a 6-month contract, based at our Zurich offices in Switzerland.
