Key Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable Management
o Maintain and control the vendors master file.
o Process, verify, and reconcile invoices in alignment with the purchasing process and established controls.
o Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers while maintaining effective relationships with vendors.
* Fixed Assets Management
o Maintain and control the fixed assets register.
o Contribute to capital expenditures and work‑in‑progress follow‑up.
o Organise and supervise physical inventories of tangible assets.
* Cash Management
o Follow‑up and reconcile disbursement and corporate accounts.
o Prepare intra‑bank transfers and intercompany settlements.
* General Accounting Support
o Prepare journal entries and conduct account reconciliations and variance analyses for accounts payable, prepayments, and fixed assets.
o Support monthly and year‑end closing activities to meet internal and group deadlines.
* Financial Reporting
o Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports under IFRS standards.
o Provide detailed reports and analyses for budget control by department.
* Audit and Policy Adherence
o Act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
o Assist in implementing and documenting group policies, processes, and procedures.
* Credit Card Management
o Administer departmental credit‑card authorisation processes and reconcile transactions regularly.
* System Implementation and Optimisation
o Be a key contributor to the improvement and upgrade of financial systems, ensuring process optimisation and efficiency.
* Collaboration and Backup
o Collaborate with administrative teams across locations (Lausanne, London, etc.).
o Serve as a backup for other accounting team members as required.

o Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions.
o Familiarity with accounting software such as Navision, Continia, Jet Reports, and OneStream is a strong asset.
o Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
o Experience with audits is a plus.
