What You’ll Do
* Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
* Manage campaigns across paid and organic channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, display, and content marketing.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
* Own content strategy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
* Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or strategic role.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
* Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
* Creativity and strategic thinking to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
