Your Mission
* Develop and execute the business development strategy for the DACH region
* Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with Business Unit targets
* Identify and win new business opportunities within target verticals
* Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners
* Support the on-boarding and mentoring of future sales talents as the organization grows
Your Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
* Identify opportunities and close deals as a result of the full sales cycle support
* Achieve and measure Biz Dev KPIs and ensure alignment with the Business Unit revenue targets
* Develop strategic account plans and regional growth strategies
* Identify new customers and market opportunities
* Conduct customer visits and maintain strong field presence across the region
* Represent the company at trade fairs
* Drive C-level interaction between EM and customers / eco-system partners
* Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality and logistics)
Strategic Collaboration
* Work closely with BUs Product Management, and Development to refine go-to-market strategies
* Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation priorities
* Collaborate with Marketing Communication teams to support campaigns, and market positioning
* Interface effectively with Account Managers
Market & Technical Engagement
* Understand customer application requirements and translate them into solution opportunities
* Promote Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra-low-power technologies in customer ecosystems
* Support customers during evaluation and early project phases
