We are Schellenberg Wittmer, a leading, internationally oriented Swiss business law firm.
We are currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Employment Law Group in Geneva.

Entry date: as soon as possible
Your assignments and tasks will include:
1. Managing clients' files (from opening new mandates to archiving);
2. Typing and drafting correspondence, proofreading;
3. Preparation, compilation and production of large legal documents as court letters, pleadings, exhibits;
4. Preparation and layout of correspondence as well as presentation supports;
5. Organization of business trips, meetings with clients and conferences;
6. Interacting with clients, third-parties and authorities;
7. Participating in billing and collection of invoices;
and in general, all the administrative activities inherent to the proper functioning of the practice group.
We are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria:
8. You hold a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC) and have a few years of work experience as an assistant in a challenging environment;
9. You are fluent in French and in English with excellent spelling in both languages (additional language is an asset);
10. You are fully at ease with the usual computer tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint);
11. You are well organized, detail-oriented, rigorous, and precise;
12. You have a positive attitude and are client-oriented;
13. You have a good sense of anticipation and are a very good team-player.
