Our customer requires a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the coordination of various departments as Deputy Head of Assembly. This key role involves ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating between different departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of complex components in accordance with precise technical specifications and will support the Head of Assembly in strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have completed their vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ and have proven experience in similar leadership positions. They should also possess an impressive passion for assembly technology combined with excellent spatial awareness and a strong commitment to quality and customer orientation. Furthermore, they must demonstrate flexibility, structured working methods, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.

* Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ with documented experience in comparable leadership positions.
