About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development, working closely with key clients in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate revenue through the sale of Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services
* Manage commercial relationships with clients, negotiating prices and developing strategic solutions
* Promote our services to corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities
* Meet quarterly targets for new business revenue growth
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across nominated customer lists
Requirements:
* A proven track record in new business hunting, with significant experience in direct sales
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and sales processes
* Fluent language skills in German and English
* Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
* Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
