HR Manager (with payroll) %Our client, active in a dynamic and evolving environment in the secondary sector, is looking for an experienced HR Manager (with payroll) to strengthen its human resources department. Responsibilities* Ensure all tasks related to the employee lifecycle: amendments, onboarding/offboarding* Manage personnel files, work permits, social insurance, absences, illness, accidents, tax sources, family matters* Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers and provide reliable, supportive, and solution-oriented assistance* Participate in updating internal policies, HR procedures, and official documents Payroll & Social Insurance Management* Prepare, verify, and transmit all necessary data for payroll (variables, absences, bonuses, hours)* Monitor social insurances, LPP, LAA, IJM, family matters, etc.* Ensure legal compliance and adherence to Swiss regulations Your profile* Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in human resources in Switzerland, ideally in a small to medium-sized structure* Strong knowledge of Swiss HR and social insurance.* Comfort with payroll processing, diligence, and attention to detail* Excellent service skills and ability to build trust* Very good command of French* Proficient in MS Office tools; knowledge of HR/payroll software is a plus* Ability to work independently, proactively, and organized in a multidisciplinary environment We offer* A varied and responsible position* A modern and supportive work environment* A committed HR team jid6afda84aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
