Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Basel. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, overseeing account management, and analyzing sales data. Additionally, the Head of Sales will collaborate with other teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Excellent Analytical Skills
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work on-site in Basel
* Experience in the active ingredients industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
