To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented
Disaster Recovery Manager.
Missions
 * Develop, maintain, and update disaster recovery strategies, documentation, and tools
 * Plan, coordinate, and execute disaster recovery tests and recovery exercises
 * Manage technical execution of disaster recovery plans during incidents
 * Conduct BIAs and risk assessments (define RTOs/RPOs)
 * Monitor compliance and report disaster recovery performance to leadership
 * Provide training and awareness for technical teams
 * Track readiness metrics, test results, and recovery performance
 * Support major incident response and advise on disaster recovery activation
 * Participate as core member of the disaster recovery Enablement Project
Contribute to key deliverables:
 * DR Enablement Approach
 * DR Architecture
 * DR SDLC (readiness, onboarding/offboarding)
 * DR Service Delivery (monitoring, ITIL integration)
 * DR Tools (repositories, communication, synchronization)
 * DR Reporting (governance, performance monitoring)
 * DR Testing Pilot (planning, pilot execution)
 * DR Governance (processes, templates, controls)
 * DR Training (plan and delivery)
 * DR Closure Checklist (transition to BAU)
Profile
 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
 * 5+ years in IT process engineering, operations, security, and DR planning/testing
 * Strong skills in process documentation, analysis, and improvement
 * Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Proven project and change management experience
 * Knowledge of IT governance and security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ITIL)
 * Understanding of system integration, APIs, and IT infrastructure landscapes
 * Advanced degrees/certifications (Six Sigma, BPM) preferred
