Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Aeronautical or Aerospace
10+ years relevant job experience in aircraft Air Conditioning/ECS/HVAC (ATA 21)
Proficiency in NX and Team centre
Design and integrate Air Conditioning Packs (ACMs), bleed air interfaces, ducts, sensors, valves, and fans (ATA 21).
Develop temperature control logic and trim air systems for multi-zone cabin comfort.
Integrate ECS with pressurization, ventilation, avionics cooling, and other aircraft systems.
Design airflow and ducting layout in coordination with structures, interiors, and avionics teams.
Work experience and knowledge on aircrafts A320, A330, B787, A350, B737, G650, G700.
Create system schematics, functional diagrams, wiring and pneumatic diagrams.
Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and installation drawings.
Knowledge Heat exchangers, heat loads, and thermodynamic principles.
Ensure ECS designs comply with EASA CS-25 / FAA FAR 25.
Demonstrate compliance for system safety (CS 25.1309), ventilation (CS 25.831), and other ECS-related regulations.
ECS integration with other aircraft systems (ATA 25 interiors, ATA 38 water/waste, ATA 36 pneumatic, ATA 24 electrical).
3D Routing or modeling and 2d drafting.
Experience in Change Management Process.
Knowledge on Interior cabin layout and LOPA Elevations, zonal layouts.
Good with Executing independently and with team collaboration.
