As part of our development, we are strengthening our department to structure, make reliable, and standardize our design, execution, and commissioning methods, while supporting energy performance. In view of the department's growth and upcoming projects, 2 positions are available for HVAC Project Manager.Your missionAs an HVAC Project Manager, you are at the heart of every project, from its design to handover, including execution and commissioning. You steer the technical aspects to ensure compliance, performance, and quality of installations throughout the project.- Preparation of execution files in collaboration with our design office, ensuring reliable technical bases and controlled costs.- Steering of work execution: Coordination of installation teams, subcontractors, and partners, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety standards.- Monitoring and financial management of projects: Budget steering, cost tracking, billing management, and profitability control, with a focus on economic control of projects.- Client relations: Supporting the client throughout the project with a focus on sustainable solutions, guaranteeing solutions adapted to their needs and promoting the development of the services we offer.Profile and experience- Diploma (ES/ET) in HVAC engineering or Engineer in a relevant field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with a maintenance-oriented approach, anticipating constraints from the design phase.- Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders is a key asset.- Knowledge of HVAC standards and directives, with a strong focus on compliance and installation performance.- Risk management: Ability to assess, prioritize, and master technical risks throughout the project.- Organization and priority management in a demanding environment.- Precision, rigor, and quality.- Ease with digital tools.Why join us?At SPE, every project is an opportunity to contribute to ambitious and useful technical solutions.
