Ph3Overview /h3 pbSalesforce Administrator /b – responsible for owning and operating Genedata’s Salesforce production environment, ensuring platform stability, security, compliance, and high‑quality day‑to‑day operations across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance processes. This position reports to the IT Business Applications Manager and is part of the IT Business Applications team, located in Basel, Switzerland, and is an on‑site role. /p h3In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To /h3 ul liOwn and manage the Salesforce production environment, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity. /li liAct as first point of contact for Salesforce incidents and service requests, managing the support queue and triage process. /li liAdminister users and security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, access reviews, and compliance‑related controls. /li liManage Salesforce releases, sandboxes, platform updates, and production deployments in accordance with internal change and release processes. /li liExecute data management activities (e.g., Data Loader) and maintain operational and audit‑ready documentation. /li /ul h3The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include /h3 ul liMultiple years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting a business‑critical Salesforce environment. /li liProven proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security configuration, objects, fields, validation rules, and basic automation (Flows, approvals). /li liHands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data operations. /li liExperience supporting Salesforce in a controlled or regulated environment. /li liSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) or equivalent current certification. /li /ul h3It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in /h3 ul liSalesforce release management and controlled production deployments. /li liSupporting Salesforce environments integrated with finance or ERP systems. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pGenedata, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to life beyond the job. /p h3Additional Information /h3 pGenedata is an equal opportunity employer.
