Director International, Integrated Insights
Make your mark at international scale by turning complex signals into clear direction. In this role, you will connect patient, customer, and competitive insights across the full value chain—from early pipeline through launch and beyond—to shape portfolio and brand strategy across key therapeutic areas.
You will partner closely with Business Development and Licensing, early development, commercial, market access, and strategy teams to uncover unmet needs, size opportunities, and anticipate future trends.
Using advanced analytics, forecasting, and artificial intelligence–enabled approaches, you will translate data into compelling stories and recommendations for senior leaders—elevating decisions today and building the foresight that creates tomorrow’s advantage.

Major Accountabilities
* Lead integrated insights plans shaping pipeline, portfolio, Business Development and Licensing decisions, and launch excellence.
* Map patient and customer journeys to uncover unmet needs and growth opportunities across therapeutic areas.
* Apply advanced analytics, forecasting, and artificial intelligence methods to generate forward‑looking, actionable insights.
* Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
* Partner with early development, commercial, market access, and strategy teams to drive aligned decisions.
* Lead competitive intelligence and positioning to guide brand strategy and differentiation.
* Manage external partners and vendors to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective insights programs.
* Elevate team capabilities by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Provide therapeutic area thought partnership across Oncology, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism, Neuroscience, and Immunology.
* Anticipate future trends and scenario implications to inform investment choices and portfolio prioritization.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Market Research; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum ten years of experience generating insights in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology across therapeutic areas.
* Demonstrated expertise with qualitative and quantitative research, advanced analytics, and forecasting techniques.
* Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for high‑impact decisions.
* Strong understanding of drug development, regulatory environments, and pharmaceutical market dynamics outside the United States.
* Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; effective collaborator across all organizational levels.
* Experience operating in global, cross‑functional settings with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong project management, prioritization, and delivery under tight timelines; proficiency with data sources, analytical tools, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience building insights capabilities and promoting best practices across communities.
* Hands‑on experience with artificial intelligence–driven research, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
* International Top11 country experience (Health care systems i.e., patient- and HCP-level data).
