For our Sales department in Regensdorf, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Indoor Sales Executive FR & IT & EN (m/w/d), 100% .
Starting 1. August 2025 or upon agreement.
You will work closely with our Frontline Sales representatives and customers, supporting them with their daily promotional administrative tasks while actively contributing ideas and insights to improve our processes. In this role, you act as a key liaison between internal departments, ensuring the effective delivery of customer requirements.
Main tasks:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Frontline Sales representatives with account management (Opening, Updating, Closing).
Create and distribute offers and price lists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain the customer database with attention to detail.
Provide all necessary customer details for the frontline sales team.
Deliver exceptional customer advisory service via telephone and email, demonstrating curiosity and a desire to understand customer needs.
Distribute customer requests to relevant departments, ensuring seamless information flow.
