This role involves shaping our Human Capital (HC) strategy for the Advisory line of service, acting as a strategic advisor, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing annual HC processes such as performance management, compensation, promotion, and talent management, along with analyzing HC data, coaching leaders, and participating in cross-functional HC projects.
Your Impact
* Shape HC strategy for the Advisory line.
* Build and maintain relationships with business and HC stakeholders.
* Manage HC processes and contribute to their improvement.
* Review and analyze HC data and dashboards, discussing insights with stakeholders.
* Coach leaders and promote cultural initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
* Engage actively in HC organization and projects.
Your Skill Set
* A degree in business administration (specialized in Human Resources) or psychology.
* At least 4 years of experience as an HC Business Partner, familiar with matrix organizations.
* Client-oriented, committed, team player, with the ability to work independently.
* Operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.
* Proficiency in deriving insights from HC data, analyzing, and presenting findings in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
